Q. Why should I stay at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel?
A. There are several reasons to want to stay at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel:
- There is a $50 discount from the registration fee for those staying at the hotel.
- Convenience—you don't have to travel from another hotel each day.
- Be near the action—the activities begin and end at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel.
- Staying at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel helps control the cost of meeting space and food.
Q. Who should the check be made payable to?
A. Your check should be made payable to Intelligence Press, Inc.
Q. How far is the airport from the hotel?

Q. How do I substitute attendees?
A. Substitutions may be made by emailing us at gasmart@gasmart.com by May 7.
Q. What is the level of attire for GasMart 2007?
A. Dress for GasMart 2007 is business-casual. Most attendees and exhibit personnel will be wearing golf shirts or button down shirts with "docker"-type pants. Jackets and ties are at the discretion of the attendee.
Q. What will the weather be like in Chicago during GasMart 2007?
A. Average temperature in Chicago in May is in the 60s during the day and 40s in the evening.
Q. Can I register on-site?
A. Yes, space permitting. Major credit cards accepted.
Q. Where are the sessions being held?
A. All sessions and exhibits will be held at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel.
Q. When can I pick up my registration materials?
A. On-site registration begins on Wednesday, May 9 at the registration desk.
Q. Can I register only for the Exhibit Halls?
A. No. You cannot register specifically for the Exhibit Hall. GasMart does not offer an Exhibits-only rate because each day of the event, there are food functions offered in the hall. This also encourages attendees to fully participate in the many activities of GasMart.
Q. Do I need to make my hotel reservation directly with the hotel?
A. Yes! You may contact the hotel directly for your hotel reservations. GasMart is utilizing the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel. The address and phone number are provided on the hotel page. Remember: in order to receive the special GasMart 2007 rates, please make sure you mention GasMart when making your reservations. This special room rate is available until April 7, and is subject to availability.
Q. How do I cancel an attendee or exhibit registration?
A. Before April 1, 2007, all cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. Between April 1 and April 21, reimbursement will be 50% of the registration fee. After April 21, 2007, cancellations will forfeit all payments. No refunds will be granted to no-shows. Substitutions are allowed before May 7, 2007. Cancellation and substitution requests should be emailed to gasmart@gasmart.com
